Hotel Industry 

The training programme covers the specialist food and beverage sector including accommodation for hotels and resorts. Training leads to Certificate III in Hospitality
(20 weeks). Students may then choose to go on to Certificate IV (40 weeks) which
includes 250 hours professional work placement in the industry.
