Open Choice

Choose your school, language and the contents of your course: As our EUROCENTRES SUCCESS SYSTEM is uniform throughout the world, you can easily spread your studies over several schools.

Available: 2 - 4 terms (24 – 48 weeks); 20, 25 or 30 x 50-minute lessons per week plus 5 hours self-study in the learning centre.
Class size: 10 – 14
Eurocentres Levels: 0 to 9

Attend one or several schools
During a Languages Semester you can combine up to two different schools or languages. During a Language Year you can combine three to four languages or schools (36 to 37 weeks up to 3 schools / languages, 480 weeks up to 4 schools / languages). For students selecting Open Choice courses with 25 lessons, Eurocentres now offers the opportunity to focus their afternoon lessons. They can select one of the following areas:

general language skills
culture
professional use, e. g. Business English / French for business, English for specialised areas such as the travel industry, legal profession, finance professions and air traffic control
Exam preparations: First (FCE), Advanced (CAE), IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL etc.

Students choosing 30 lessons a week, can even combine two specialisation areas, for example: you want to update your general language skills and prepare yourself for the IELTS exam: simply add 5 general language lessons and 5 IELTS exam preparation lessons to your basic course (20 lessons Basic a week + 5 lessons general + 5 lessons IELTS exam).

You choose your area of specialisation for a period of at least 12 weeks. After the 12 weeks you can change your area of specialisation free of charge after consulting your teacher. Should you wish to change before the end of the 12-week term, a rebooking fee will be charged, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions. If at the time of booking the course, you have not as yet decided on an area of specialisation, select the general language course.You can then discuss your learning goals with your teacher on arrival and together choose a suitable specialisation.
