Accommodation

Brighton staying at a hostfamily

In Brighton, you can choose to stay with an English host family or in halls of residence.

Host families: All of our host families have been carefully selected and are regularly inspected. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. All students will be provided with a place for quiet study. Host families can be selected based on certain criteria, such as couples with or without children/pets or able to meet special dietary, health or religious requirements.
All our host families are aware of the importance of a friendly and pleasant environment for students. Students are welcomed into the family and encouraged to spend time with the family. Most of the host families in Brighton live within walking distance or a maximum 30-minute bus ride away from the school.

Halls of residence: During parts of July and August students may be able to stay at our centrally located halls of residence of the University of Brighton. Each flat has 7 to 8 en-suite bedrooms, a communal kitchen and a common room. Minimum age is 18. This type of accommodation is self-catering.
